Home Management & Services
We provide:
- Lettings Inventory Service - this protects the landlords internal and external furnishings, should tenants damage the property, this is backed by photographs to use in a court of law if landlord or tenants disputes damage to furnishings, We also offer follow up checks every 3 months and walk in walk out service.
- Gas and electricity safety certificates - A legal requirement for any Landlord and must be carried out before tenant moves into the property.
- Energy performance certificate - a mandatory legal requirement for the Landlord or home seller to provide before the property is sold or rented.
- Tenancy protection scheme - a scheme used by the landlord to deposit the funds in a protection scheme to protect landlord and tenant.
- Credit checks - we will run checks on tenants to make sure they are suitable tenants.
- Utilities - we can find the cheapest gas and electricity providers to provide your energy.
- Packing & Moving - you don’t have to worry about the move we can do it all for you pack it move it and unpack if you desired or may just want one of these services.
