An inventory is a complete listing of decoration, fixtures and fittings and furniture content. The report will list each and every item that makes up the property from the colour of the walls and the condition of fixtures and fittings and the contents of the property. Done in the correct way, an inventory will ensure the condition of the property and all its contents are recorded in detail at both check-in and check-out, therefore reducing the possibility of any dispute over missing items between Landlord and Tenant.
We provide a comprehensive inventory report for check in check out services no matter the size of the property or whether it is furnished or unfurnished. All inventory reports are kept on file so they can be provided or updated for all future tenancies, check-ins and outs.
Check out inventory will also be carried out at the end of the tenancy, going through the check in report looking for any discrepancies in the condition and the contents of the landlords house, such as damages cleanliness and deliration and this will be reported back to the party concerned.
All reports are carried out in careful detail with photographic evidence to back the condition of the house and its contents.
We also offer a tenancy inspection which can be carried out every 3 or six months.
